New Fall Tai Chi Classes

7AM - 8AM Classes, Monday and Wednesday

Too tired to face a Tai Chi Class after work?  Or do you feel you need to ease into your hectic work schedule with a relaxing set of exercises?  Then we have the classes for you.  Beginning on September 13th, Master Chun Lan will be conducting morning classes.

8AM -  10 AM Saturday Mornings

Beginning on September 18th, Master Chun Lan will be teaching 2 hour Tai Chi classes.  These classes are great for the enthusiast who really wants to get into Tai Chi.  For those whose memory ain't that great these days, a 2 hour class will help the ole gray matter get back into shape.

Don't forget, Tai Chi is a great way to lose weight.  Yes, you heard right, you can lose weight doing the slow Tai Chi sets - as much in 30 minutes as running a mile.

Cost for these classes:

$40 a month plus a yearly membership at 3 Fires ($20 per year).

What to wear?
